The main difference is that therapy focuses more on rehabilitating specific areas of the body whereas chiropractic care focuses on overall body function and nervous system health by aligning and correcting the spine. At Optimal Performance Therapy we work with patients to improve their movement and manage their pain. We use a variety of techniques to help our patients, including hands-on therapy, strengthening and stretching exercises, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, ice/heat, and much more.
