Equine Medical Center of Ocala is a provider of specialty care to horses throughout Central Florida. Based in Ocala, Fla., the hospital provides a variety of orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries, reproductive technologies, internal medicine diagnostics, state-of-the-art imaging, intensive care as well as an after-hours emergency service. In addition, the equine health care center offers reproductive care, sports horse care, thoroughbred sales preparation, racing horses training, acupuncture and geriatric care. It is a member of the American Association of Equine Practitioners, American College of Theriogenologists, American College of Veterinary Surgeons and American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine.
