Fast and easy. The cover was broken off the left mirror and car could have probably been wash but all and all was a fast, easy and friendly experience. I'll definitely be back

Reserved a minivan 2 months in advance. The day before our lease, the manager calls to say "We're not going to be able to get the minivan for you." Wow! Can't count on them for anything! Ever!

Terrible service. Booked a car online only to arrive for the agent to tell me no cars. There was no courtesy call or email. This is not how you do business.
