Terrible service. I've been on hold for 40 minutes. I've called them every day for 3 days trying to get a truck. They never called me back and gave a reservation to someone else. AWFUL SERVICE!!!!

I experienced friendly service and honesty, can't get much better than that. Seemed like a quick process the two times I had to use them as well.
