I love enterprise. I use them almost everytime I travel. This branch however has completely turned me off as a customer. How do you allow for reservations when no vehicles are actually available....

There's always an issue with this location. I do not think they have a standard supply of vehicles. Advice: go to another location in or around plantation.

Enterprise in general SUCKS!! When they started up, they were about customer service. Now they couldn't give a crap. Too big for their own britches. I hope they go out of business
