History

Dr. Kristen McGhee PT, DPT, COMT, RYT opened Enlight Physical Therapy with the mission of providing concierge physical therapy, women's health, & yoga services to the Greater Orlando area. As a clinician who has worked in traditional physical therapy clinics for most of her career, she was driven to provide a better way to see a practitioner without all the hoops of insurance and doctors scripts. Her entire mission is to provide accessible & flexible concierge service while providing the highest quality care available.

Through our clinic based & mobile concierge physical therapy practice, we offer for 1 - on - 1 treatments, custom tailored to your specific needs. We specialize in manual therapy, women's health, & PhysioYoga therapy; a unique treatment combining traditional physical therapy with the ancient practice of yoga. We also offers private yoga classes with the belief that yoga can greatly help with injury prevention along with mental & physical well being.
