A small motel and condo complex of 13 units located along the east side of Lemon Bay situated 2 miles from Englewood Beach and one mile from historic Englewood Village. All units have fully equipped kitchens. The unit mix is 7 one bedroom efficiency units, 2 cottage style one bedroom units and 4 two bedroom condo units, together with a courtyard ringed with coconut palms and a barbecue / social area. Currently closed for major renovation. Grand opening November 2015...We do take your reservations.

Loved this place! Walked into a nice, clean one bedroom one bathroom unit! I would definitely recommend this place! Plenty of parking and it is only a two minute drive to the beach!

I would definitely come back here. Very clean and accommodating! The only thing I can suggest is updating the laundry room.

This motel will try to rip you off, I made reservations for 7/31/2018 and 8/1/2018. I called to cancel 8/1/2018 , and left a message. I received no response, so i called the next day and left one...

Don't let the 50's exterior fool you, it is as clean and well maintained on the inside as on the outside! Really completely remodeled and clean clean clean....cute new furnishings, great towels,...
