Emerald Coast Science Center

From the invisible to the immeasurable, we cover the spectrum of science. Experience our interactive museum including indoor and outdoor exhibits, animal presentations, and more! Our museum is home to over 45 touchable, workable exhibits and over 30 animals. The museum is a great way to spend the day for families with children of all ages (admission is good for the whole day, so come & go as needed!). We’re also only the third museum in the entire country to house SMALLab Learning--a groundbreaking exhibit that places you at the center of the action: think playing on a room-sized iPad. During summer (Memorial Day-Labor Day), we run special programs for all our general admission guests, including Creature Features, chemistry demonstrations, and special activities on the STEAM Machine (a school bus retrofitted into a classroom). As an independent 501(c)3 nonprofit, we might be a smaller museum, but you'll discover upon entry that our museum is unlike any other you've experienced.
