Being a personal trainer for 20+ years Robert found that many clients had difficulty making it to the gym for scheduled training sessions due to their busy schedule. Fine Body Fitness has taken fitness to the next level offering a complete custom 12-week online personal training plan which provides convenience and affordability for men looking to improve fitness or increased strength and muscularity.SpecialtiesWe specialize in transforming the male physique utilizing a Function-Health-Fitness-Performance training and nutrition model for Men 30-50. Our Program is 12 weeks via a state-of-the-art interactive mobile app with daily/weekly consultation providing a goal specific fitness routine along with custom meal plans.
