Eisenhower Elementary School

Located in Clearwater, Fla., Eisenhower Elementary School offers classes from grades kindergarten through five. It has an enrollment of more than 800 students. The school operates a variety of programs, such as gifted and talented, physically impaired, reading, extended learning and specific learning disabilities. Its title program is a federal education program that receives additional funds from the federal government to enhance the educational program of the entire school. Its funds are used for hiring additional teachers and teaching partners and for purchasing instructional materials. Additionally, the school has a parent-teacher association that supports educational curriculum and helps in fundraising. The school also publishes a monthly newsletter that features upcoming activities, academic achievements and school progress highlights.
