Consistent quality fresh bagels. I had the Nova Lox on an Everything bagel and it was good. The inside is a little rough and service needs some remedial enhancements.

I don't dine in, but like their bagels, to me they're authentic and I love their 'chew.' I pick up a dozen, freeze them and take them out one by one.
