The Econ Sandhills Conservation Area in East Orlando (not far from Rt. 50) is a decent sized loop of a hike at 3.25 miles. The paths are pretty wide and part of of it is down a power line area....

To get to the Econlockhatchee River just follow the trail to the powerlines and make a left. Stay on the powerlines and it will lead you to the Econlockhatchee River
