Disappointed in the lack of customer service and the flowers didn't last a week. Delivery was supposed to be before five got it closer to seven . Just disappointed in the arrangement

There was a small issue with the order but the owner took corrective measures immediately and the flowers were not only beautiful but lasted for over a week.

Bought the most expensive bouquet they had for my GF for her bday -- they did not even last 4 days before looking terrible. I was better off buying her grocery store flowers! I get better quality...
