History
After working in a factory over 32.5 years as a Millwright. I decided to take my hobby, baking and turn it into a business. I hired a coach, Dr. Stacia Pierce to help me structure my business. I went from laying concrete to baking cupcakes. After relocating to Florida, I studied under Elwald Notter. After finishing my training I decided to purchase a Food Truck because that has been my desire.. So last year in 2014 I brought my first cupcake truck... Baking and serving people is my passion.. I love everything about decorating. My life goal is to make people smile through our desserts..
