In 2009, Simon was the Category 7 State General Agent winner, and has been chosen as State General Agent of the Year, the highest honor a State General Agent can receive. Simon made $2.5 million in 2010. He has been an Executive Council member two years in a row, and in 2011 won AIL's March Madness competition.Simon feels he has grown as a person and learned how to genuinely care more for others than himself as he helped others make six figures and watched their dreams come true.
