Exquisite Catering by Jackie by was established in 2007. The business was started by Jacqueline Cruz. She started by selling specialty Bundt cakes to customers at the Beauty salon she frequented and soon people started asking her to make food for parties and the company grew to a full service catering company including event planning and coordination.

Exquisite Catering by Jackie is Full Service Event Planning and Coordination and Full Service Catering. We tailor everything to your budget and the level of service you need, No job is too big or small. We do everything from dropping off a few platters for an informal gathering, to white glove plated table service complete with bartenders and servers. We also offer some specialty cakes and desserts. No job is to big or too small.
