At 9am, they were out of glazed sour cream and glazed jelly. The donuts I received as second choice (powdered jelly) were dry and unappetizing. I miss Krispy Creme.

Service was very slow inside, ignored by staff so used screen to order, still takes a very long time to get our order after inputting it- as they fill lots of orders going through drive through...

I understand this is the only DD around but come on guys! 50 minute wait for an online order while the drive thru gets priority. And the food is always undercooked. Stick with donuts or coffee....

The problem there is, by all means, the rude, ignorant, entitled customers that don't know how to speak clearly, never know what size drink, hot or iced that employees have to pull out of them all...

This has to be the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts in the entire state if Florida, we were there 2-25-2024 at 9:40am and didn't get our egg bites (one order) until 9:57am they are horribly slow,...
