I found a piece of grass in my coffee and a hair baked into my donut.and the costumer service is terrible I nicely told them about how there were problems with my order and they shot me the bird.

Stopped to get a quick latte and the service was awesome. I ordered a medium mocha iced latte. It was quick and perfect. The young lady that helped us was friendly and courteous.
