I'm so very disappointed. The one time I decided to actually get iced coffee and this... The absolutely worst. Tasted like old coffee with no flavor at all. Very bitter. I poured it out...

It's a Saturday morning, 9-10am. OF COURSE YOU ARE GOING TO BE BUSY. YOU SERVE COFFEE. Your drive thru is wrapped around the building. This is normal at these hours. These kids need better work...

The worst bagel I have ever had. It was hard, flat and tasteless. The nerve to charge over 2.50 for a glorified hockey puck. Dunkin used to be the best, but not anymore. Shame on management...
