The "order ahead" coffee was not ready when we arrived even though there was plenty of time. We had to remind the guy behind the counter to make it. Perhaps that's because he didn't have much help...

First things first. The barista was rude. Which is not surprising. Cold Brew tasted like it was 3 weeks old. Chai latte had almost zero taste. Would rather pay extra to go to Starbucks

When this location was franchised by Surfside Donuts,Inc it was GREAT, now under the ownership of QBDunkin it is an absolute dumpster fire. This location has to have the worst customer service of...
