employees were not friendly at all. my sandwich had a little piece of bacon on it and my bagel was not toasted. this location has gone down hill. I will never go back . not to mention they talk...

This is my favorite location. Everyone is friendly and service is fast. Also it's always clean on the inside. Today I ordered my usual caramel iced coffee with cream and liquid sugar.
