Charged me A EXTRA FOR CREAM CHEESE AND then didnt even put it on my bagel which was also not the correct bagel i ordered an Everything Bagel amd and was given a plain bagel and after complaining...

Absolutely atrocious, worst customer service I've seen from a Dunkin. Messed up our order, coffee tasted awful, didn't have what we asked for, terribly slow even though they were not busy.
