Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, don't think it's fair to pay for cream cheese and not have it. Very disappointed. This location was my go to but not sure what's going on.

Violet the store Manger is very rude. Her customer service skills are the worst I have ever encountered. Dunkin as a corporation should be ashamed of having her represent thus store
