They say they offer customer rewards and then don't give them to you. They told me I had a $10 credit and then did not give it to me. They say lots of nice things and do nothing.

Staff can be rude, lack customer service, unwelcoming, and etc. This location is just convenient because I work nearby; otherwise I would have driven a few miles for better service.

They lost my dry cleaning in December. Ive have been in numerous times trying to get a response but the manager refuses to contact me.
