History

1963 - Clinic Opens in Audubon Park under Dr. Jack Weaver providing the first and only General Practitioner to the area 1972 - Clinic moves to current location on Corrine Dr. offering a full complement of medical care to the community 1972 - Dr. Weaver begins offering sports physicals to the Audubon Park Kiwanis Little League. A model first in the Orlando area 1985 - Dr. Jack Weaver welcomes his son, Dr. H. Danny Weaver, into his clinic to continue to provide family medical care to the Audubon Park community 1986 - Dr. Jack Weaver retires following a short illness leading to a medical disability preventing him from returning to work 1986 - Dr. H. Weaver begins offering in office ultrasound, cardiac echocardiography and vascular doppler testing. A first in Orlando in a family physician'soffice 1987 - Dr's. Weaver welcome Dr. Debra Albers to the clinic to provide care for women's health needs and wellness 1998 - The clinic undergoes its second renovation at its current location
