Dr. Patricia Feito-Fernandez, MD

Patricia Feito Fernandez, M.D., is a family medicine physician with Baptist Health Primary Care, a part of Baptist Health Medical Group, an organization of more than 180 physicians in multiple specialties closely aligned with Baptist Health South Florida. Dr. Feito specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of health issues, including chronic illnesses such as diabetes, asthma, heart disease and arthritis; minor injuries and illnesses such as ear infections, flu and colds; routine checkups and disease prevention; and healthy lifestyle choices. She received her undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University and her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, Dominica, West Indies. She completed a family medicine internship and residency at Bayfront Health in St. Petersburg, Fla., where she won the Outstanding Family Medicine Intern Award and was most recently chief resident. Dr. Feito is Board-certified in family medicine, with additional areas of concentration in women's health, inpatient medicine and procedures. She is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians and Florida Academy of Family Physicians.

Jessica Roldan, MSN-ARNP, FNP-BC, CGRN, is a certified nurse practitioner at Baptist Health Primary Care. She helps patients manage chronic conditions and teaches them about their health. Prior to joining Baptist Health Primary Care in 2018, Jessica worked as a gastroenterology nurse practitioner with Miami Gastroenterology Associates. She was also patient care supervisor at Homestead Hospital for ten years.Jessica is passionate about catching health problems early so she can prevent major health issues in her patients. She enjoys helping others and improving their lives. Jessica’s care philosophy is not just to treat the symptom or condition her patient came to see her for, but to care for them as a whole. She listens closely to her patients so she can offer personalized, whole-person care that is right for them. In her free time, Jessica enjoys gardening, fishing and baking.
