I had a terrible experience with Dr Kaplan and his staff. They do not act like a concierge service at all. They are rude and he acts like he is doing you a favor by fitting you into his very busy...

I would not recommend Dr Kaplan. He told me what he thought I wanted to hear at our meet and greet and then was only interested in speaking about himself. His staff is horrible .
