Christine V. Pestana, M.D., is a fellowship-trained breast surgical oncologist at the Eugene M. and Christine E. Lynn Cancer Institute and the Christine E. Lynn Women’s Health & Wellness Institute, both part of Baptist Health, at Boca Raton Regional Hospital. She served as chief surgical resident at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center and completed a mastery of general surgery fellowship at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. She also completed a breast surgical oncology fellowship at Carolina Medical Center. She is certified by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Pestana is a member of several professional organizations. She has published numerous scientific articles in peer-reviewed medical journals and presented scientific papers at professional symposiums. To advance the field of cancer care, Dr. Pestana collaborates with a multidisciplinary team and conducts clinical and translational research.
