Not a professional place. Never have I ever gotten a response like that from somewhere.. if this was a child instead of a dog would the same thing have been said? Oh well kids play rough... beware...

Friendly staff, conveniently located with convenient hours. I like that they have live web cams you can tune in and watch your pet.
