History
The gun shop was originally established by James Mancini in 2009. James Mancini partnered with Neal Wiseman of Fort Lauderdale to form Dixie Guns and Ammo in Febuary of 2010. The gun shop started out as an extension of Neal and James' hobby for proffit and has become the favorite local gun shop for many South Florida firearm enthusiasts. The gun shop's original focus was to carry affordable compact pistols, value priced black rifles, shotguns and to have hard to find pistol caliber ammo. The little Pompano Beach gun store grew quickly and expanded to a slightly larger gun shop in Febuary 2010 shortly after forming Dixie Guns and Ammo LLC. Dixie Guns and Ammo has quickly become a stocking dealer and authorized dealer for many firearm and ammunition related products. Examples include, Rock River, Hi Point, Charter Arms, Bersa, Glock, Smith and Wesson knives, and many more. Dixie Guns and Ammo is the main sponsor of the Florida Wholesale Ammo Group Buy Club. I had my own gun and ammo so I only had to pay for using the range, overall it was a good experience, the owners made sure I was using my firearm safely.

Watch out for these guys! They act very friendly when they are selling you something but act very unprofessional when there is a problem. Rather than discussing a problem that I had with them...
