My wife and I stopped here on the way home. She was after the corn fritters that are complimentary with every Meal. I got a dozen medium shrimp, fried, sides of Cesar salad and sweet potato....

Dixie Crossroads has been serving great tasting seafood, char-grilled steaks, prime rib, chicken, fresh salads and their famous corn fritters since 1983. The menu features the very best local shrimp and fish from Port Canaveral and ranges from low cost sandwiches and baskets to high end seafood combos. Themed rooms and an air conditioned gazebo with a bar can accommodate groups of all sizes. Kids (and adults) enjoy feeding the fish and turtles in the outside pond.

This is a very old and well-loved restaurant by the locals and I can see why. It's fun to feed the fish and turtles while you wait for your table to be called and it seems to be the place to have...

We have come here a couple times in the past, but it literally has been over ten years since the last time. The rock shrimp was tasty. I think this is their main attraction. You can't go wrong...
