I went in for just a simple eye brow wax which would take no more than like maybe four or five minutes. She said it was an hour long wait for eyebrow wax. You got to be damn kidding me right?

Horrible!! The "artwork" on the big toenail looks very preschool-ish. He cut my left toenail so short that it hurts to walk!! He didn't even remove the over polish around the nail.
