The food is really good, I try several vietnamese restaurants but their food is ok, this one is top so far and the price is cheaper than other restaurants!

Excellent bahn mi (sandwich) and mi xao (noodles). Ask for sriracha. Very lowkey, good portions. Right next to the brewery if that's your thing.
