They use outside contractors in some areas for service. It's difficult to understand everything they say. Our second visit was from one of their owner technicians. Much better service.

I needed to replace all of my window sensors with white ones. Called Devcon for a quote. They said labor would be $105 per hour, minimum of 1 hour, probably take 2 1/2 hours. The sensors would be...

I needed glass breakage sensors. They charged me $125 when they are available online for $60. They also charged $105 hr for labor. Over charged me way too much.
