The food was Jeff bazos expensive but the service was insane. Also the food was good.

Mote Marine Laboratory is an independent nonprofit institution dedicated to advancing marine science and education through a broad range of research programs and centers. With a mission to promote conservation and sustainable use of ocean resources, Mote engages in numerous innovative projects, including coral reef restoration and marine animal rescue.

the deep sea diner is in the aquarium so not "public." didn't actually get to try it because they have weird hours
