For an "Italian" bakery it's definitely a disappointment. Espresso is subpar. Pastries are so so.

Horrible service! I am a regular customer, I come to get pastries and coffee every single morning. Today my pastry accidentally slipped from the woden tray on the floor before exiting the door....
