Dayuri Gallardo, APRN, is a certified nurse practitioner at Baptist Health and is fluent in English and Spanish. She began her medical career in 2004 as a family medicine physician in Venezuela. Joining Baptist Health in 2011, Dayuri served as a registered nurse in the ICU/PCU and a nurse practitioner at Homestead Hospital. Dayuri now provides annual wellness exams, acute care visits, medication management and chronic disease management to Baptist Health primary care patients.After earning a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Miami Dade College, she completed a family nurse practitioner master’s program at the University of Turabo, South Florida campus. With experience in both acute care and family practice settings, Dayuri has cared for patients with a variety of chronic and acute life-threatening medical conditions. She is committed to providing compassionate and reliable care to help her patients achieve the best outcomes possible. Richard Morgan, D.O., is a nonsurgical spine care physician at Baptist Health Miami Neuroscience Institute, specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Morgan earned his osteopathic medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University and completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami. As a physiatrist, Dr. Morgan focuses on providing rehabilitation treatment plans that help patients regain function and mobility. His clinical and research interests include diagnostic and interventional neuromuscular ultrasound, spasticity management and regenerative medicine.
