Although diligent and hard working, my approach with real estate clients is somewhat low-keyed. Having bought several properties, I have never enjoyed working with overly zealous agents not in tune with today's market. I prefer someone who is a good listener, patient and understanding - the elements of service that I have successfully provided to my many clients for more than Sixteen years. I am active in the community and volunteer my time to several committees including the Habitat for humanity, the Jacksonville Zoo as well as working with Coldwell Banker to support the Adopt A Pet Program. As a member of the St.Johns County and Northeast Florida Board of Realtors, I service the following counties Duval, Clay, St.Johns, Baker, Flagler and Nassau.
