Professional but each time, dog comes out looking how the groomer prefers, regardless of extent to which matting needs to be addressed and regardless of what dog's family has requested.

Don't take your pet there!! Rude and don't listen on how you want your pet cut. Charge too much and doesn't take care of your pet. They had my 20lb dog for 5 1/2 hours, didn't give him any water...
