Prior to joining Women's Care, she practiced full-scope midwifery at Tampa General Hospital. She is certified in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and trained in IUD and Nexplanon insertion.

Naomi Andrews is a board-certified Certified Nurse Midwife and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner at Women's Care in St. Petersburg, FL. She provides full-scope women's health and maternity services, including prenatal care, labor support, postpartum recovery, gynecology, family planning, and menopause management. With advanced training in trauma-informed care, Naomi specializes in unmedicated and water births, contraceptive procedures such as IUD and Nexplanon placement, and personalized wellness across all life stages. Kelly is a certified nurse-midwife, women's health nurse practitioner, and a certified lactation counselor. She is a member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives and the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses. Kelly earned a post-master's degree in midwifery from the University of Illinois-Chicago, a Master of Science degree in nursing from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. Kelly is married with two adult children and an American Staffordshire Terrier. She loves to travel and enjoys charitable work for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, March of Dimes, and St. Jude.
