Great beer, and often very good food trucks! The service is quick, except when real busy. I like that they let you sample a beer before you get a pint!

Located in the old Gainesville Ice House, we're a 15 barrel neighborhood production brewery that uses water from the original 386 ft deep artesian Ice House well located in our building. This well provided water for the production of ice that chilled produce grown in Florida on its journey north, kept food and beverages fresh and cool in the homes of Gainesville and filled ice chests headed to beaches and picnics for over 7 decades. This same well now provides the water we use to create exceptional craft beer that continues to refresh and fortify all that come through our doors.
