They don't have time. That's what my husband was told when he was trying to give the pharmacist his new insurance information so we wouldn't have to pay $300+. Their "bedside" manner is horrific

They told me it would take two weeks to get my medication. Ridiculous. I was only given the script today and will have surgery tomorrow. It is protocol to do scripts for this type of medication...
