They were very rude to my husband that was picking up my prescriptions. They wouldn't take our insurance due to the fact that he presented our current card, but was saying they needed mine....

Terrible, bad, horrible, frustrating. I don't know what other negative words to say. They never seem to have their s**t together. I've submitted prescriptions only to have them on a rolling delay...
