We must use them die to insurance requirements. But...I would prefer otherwise. This location is very busy and it's hard to get a phone response. If in store, long line is typical.

Got a UTI on vacation, saw my home dr virtually, he sent an electronic prescription to this CVS, and it was ready in 30 min or less. Friendly pharmacist, and quick in and out today!
