Very very mismanaged. I was given the wrong medication first time I was here. Then was given the right medication at wrong dose. If it was something trivial I wouldn't be upset but it's my heart...

This CVS IS HORRIBLE.. I went in to pick up my Meds. One of the meds was on file that I can't take Generic..They give me the Generic brand, I explain AGAIN, This has an adverse affect on me.. CVS...
