I've always loved cooking, baking, and preparing all kinds of meals. My favorite past time is fishing, all kinds: from deep sea to inland lakes and streams. Moreover, I cherish preparing my favorite seafood dishes in extraordinary ways so that all can enjoy! Alaskan salmon is dear to my heart and therefore my prized dish is blackened salmon!
