can't recommend, hard to contact and get status of repair. Now with virtual service program, it's even harder. Its like they don't want to help there CUSTOMERS. Onan Generator in for recall, and...

We had 5 Star Service from Cummins Sales & Service. We purchased a diesel generator from them and they were quick to respond to our questions and emails prior to purchasing.

Avoid if possible. They damaged my coach while there for service and refused to accept responsibility and repair the damage.

My class B was there 2 weeks for generator evaluation. Communication from service dept was practically non existent. Staff very lacking in customer service. When we finally picked it up today....
