Many homeless people in the parking lot. Place does not feel safe at night because of this. Pan handlers will bother you when fueling. Homeless will stand by the door smoking and pan handling....

I fly out of Melbourne airport, almost weekly and return a rental car. For the past year at least they never have any receipt paper, causing you to go inside and wait on a line usually. Terrible...

Must be a joke how expensive the snacks are here. The specials are still twice as expensive as the grocery store resell. Customer service is descent though.
