I really never had any issues till this last Thursday. Ouch! Sure wish they had not bought the new machines -they just don't stay working.

I went 3 times as a new doner and all 3 times they made up or found some excuse that they couldn't sign me up today. I definitely don't recommend this place.

CSL, I thought the Rika machines were gonna make it faster. Now we wait in line for 2 hours, I'm not exaggerating 2 hours. If you need 65 bucks really bad come on in, but your gonna wait for it....
