I went there this morning as a new donor. Person was rude and told me to sit and wait to be called. 50 minutes later another new donor walks in and gets helped right away! Will try another...

I know that as a 1st time donor, there is a wait. but after 45 mins in the ocala store with counting 6 blue coat wearing employees, no one approaches all the 7 new donors sitting in a lobby. when...

I went 3 times as a new doner and all 3 times they made up or found some excuse that they couldn't sign me up today. I definitely don't recommend this place.

CSL, I thought the Rika machines were gonna make it faster. Now we wait in line for 2 hours, I'm not exaggerating 2 hours. If you need 65 bucks really bad come on in, but your gonna wait for it....
