Forging elite fitness using the CrossFit method. We are the first CrossFit affiliate gym to open to the general public of Jacksonville in 2007. Our coaching staff is the MOST experienced, having two CFHQ Seminar Staff trainers on board. We will ensure the safest and most efficient workout in order to bring the quickest results to you. More importantly, our community of members are some of the best you will ever meet and be around. Our faith in family is what keeps us rooted and we treat one another with humility and respect.
